Brussels sprouts, brussels sprouts, and a penny dropping

1. Brussels sprouts roasted with leek and bacon, tossed with salt, pepper and olive oil (you could also use pancetta or lardons): FAB.



2. Brussels sprouts roasted with red onion, olive oil, etc: I stood at the stove and ate them straight from the pan.





3. I realize that I am the only person I know who likes brussels sprouts.

  2. 3 out of 4 people in this household like Brussels sprouts. Felsted (I have adopted your codename-for-family-members protocol, so much classier than hubby or DH) is particularly fond of them.
